  ► There are CHILDREN playing in the street.
  ► You cannot see around the bends.
  This is a quiet neighborhood. For our neighbors' peace of mind, please:
  ► Avoid singing/playing music outdoors.
  ► Keep all outdoor sounds, including outdoor TVs, no louder than normal polite conversation.
  Volume is tracked by NoiseAware devices.
  ► They act like thermometers for sound.
  ► They don’t record sound or conversation.
  ► They report decibel levels ONLY.
  Everyone present must follow the house rules and all posted rules.
  ► Only adults may operate the fireplace. Use caution. Open flu before use.
  ► Someone must be in the room while fire is burning.
  ► You assume all risk and responsibility for anyone you allow to be present.
  Before holding a party or event, or admitting more than four unregistered guests, please get our advance permission through messaging on Booking.com.
  ► The property’s entrances have outward-facing cameras.
  ► For overnight guests beyond the original number you book for, please get permission from us in advance through messaging on Booking.com. For each such guest, there is an extra fee of 7% of your original rent per night of your booking.
  ► Tax will also be charged for any extra fee.
  No trespassing allowed on any neighbor’s property. This includes the sloped areas and riverside areas behind neighbors’ houses.
  Please park in the driveway, but not on the street.
  Check-out is at 10 am.
  ► You'll have a 30-minute grace period.
  ► At 10:30 am, and each ten minutes after, a $150 late checkout fee accrues.
  If you encounter any problem during your stay, please let us know asap through messaging on Booking.com.
  Within 12 hours of placing of your booking, please do one of the following:
  — confirm with us through messaging on Booking.com that you’ve read and accept these House Rules; or
  — cancel your booking.

  If bringing pets :
  1st pet: $275 fee.
  Extra pets: $100 fee each.
  Any pet fee doubles if not paid before pet's arrival.
  You agree to cover:
  -any pet-related damages
  -our expense in removing live fleas/ticks if found indoors after your visit
  Pets must:
  -not be left alone, except in crates or the bathroom beside main kitchen
  -not bark repeatedly outside; please immediately bring inside any noisy pet
  -be flea-&-tick treated 24 hrs before arrival
  -be leashed/carried outdoors
  -not enter neighbor's property
  Please leave couch/chair covers on and clean up any pet messes with the spray provided.
  No illegal or dangerous breeds, or pets with past violence toward a human.
