  Guests are charged prepayment, the amount of which depends on the chosen tariff:

  Non-refundable rate — 100% of the booking price;

  Early booking — 20% of the booking price;

  Period of residence from two days — 10% of the booking price;

  For active — 20% of the booking price.

  The prepayment must be paid in 7 days from the date of booking. If the period of booking and arrival is short (1–4 days), then the prepayment should be made within 24 hours.

  Guest must contact a representative of the apartment one days before arrival to discuss check-in details (use phone number from the booking confirmation).
