— If guests arrive later than 09:00 PM, they must pay for the first night of stay.
— A security deposit of RUB 3000.00 is provided. The deposit is returned to the guest on the day of departure, after cleaning and checking the safety of the property, until 08:00 PM.
— Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, otherwise the deposit will not be returned.
— The facility is under security and external video surveillance.
— Events, noisy companies and celebrations are strictly prohibited.
— Accommodation according to identity documents for adult guests with the drawing up of an agreement.
