When booking an apartment for three, guests should take into account that the third guest is accommodated on a floor bed that has no legs (spring mattress on a slatted base). A photo of this bed is available in the gallery.
If a guest is booking a rate that includes breakfast, breakfast will be arranged as follows:
- on the day of arrival, the guest is paid cashback in the amount of 10% of the total cost of stay;
- the guest independently orders breakfast with delivery to the apartment or disposes of the amount received in any other way at his own discretion.
Guests are required to notify the arrival time at least 2 hours in advance in order to arrange check-in and key collection.
Guests are required to pay a deposit in order to check in.
Remote (contactless) check-in is organized in the apartment. If the manager is unable to personally meet the guest at the apartment, the guest will receive detailed written instructions for self-access to the facility.
For security reasons, in case of contactless check-in, the guest must send the administration a photo of the guest's passport (the first spread and the registration page) before check-in, as well as make a non-cash deposit (through the fast payment system or using a bank card).
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the apartments must be vacated no later than 12:00. Please inform about the specific time of departure the day before departure.
The following is strictly prohibited in the apartments:
1. Smoking (including on the loggia). For smoking, the residents of the house use the common balconies available on each floor.
2. Noise at night (from 10:00 РМ to 07:00 АМ).
3. Holding parties and events, especially those associated with drinking alcohol.
4. Accommodation of persons not specified at the time of check-in.
5. Damage to furniture.
6. Walking in street shoes (especially heels).
7. Moving furniture on the floor and other actions that potentially cause damage to property.
The apartments must be handed over clean and in the condition in which they were provided. General cleaning is not included in the price of accommodation.
No damage, breakage, and loss / loss, as well as wear and tear are not included in the price of accommodation. The deposit is the primary and non-exhaustive method of indemnification.
