To order a bathhouse and font, a mandatory advance reservation is required, as there are time restrictions for these procedures, until 10:00 РМ.
A barbecue area is equipped. Skewers and grill grates are provided free of charge. Coal is subject to availability and at an additional cost. Lighter fluid is subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Upon arrival, you must make an additional payment for final cleaning, which is not included in the price of your stay, paid additionally once — 3000.00 RUB.
For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional mandatory weekly cleaning fee including replacement of bed linen and towels is required in the amount of RUB 3,000.00 per week.
The house is not rented out for noisy events and parties. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the house and bathhouse is strictly prohibited; smoking is allowed only outside. For smoking in the house, a fine of RUB 10,000.00 will be charged.
The launch of any pyrotechnic products is strictly prohibited throughout the entire territory of the cottage village. Violation is subject to a fine of 10,000.00 RUB and eviction from the property with the withholding of the amount paid for the entire period of residence and the security deposit.
