  Russische Staatsbürger:innen müssen bei Anreise einen russischen Originalpass besitzen.

  Check-in from 21:00 to 22:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 09:00 is subject to a surcharge of 500 rubles.

  The amount of the additional fee for check-in or check-out from 22:00 to 08:00 is 1 000 rubles.

  A security deposit of 5000 rubles is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit will be fully refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the apartment.

  Keys must be returned at the time of departure and in the amount in which they were transferred during the check-in.

  The apartment is not allowed:

  - holding any events and holidays;

  - bring guests without agreement with the owner;

  - smoke (including hookah and vape);

  - make noise at night (from 22:00 to 10:00);

  - It is wrong to use equipment, furniture and other property.

  In case of violation of the above rules, the owner reserves the right not to return the deposit for the safety of property.
