  Seit 1. April 2021 gilt für ausländische Tourist:innen die VISITAX. Die Zahlung der Gebühr in Höhe von 224 MXN (oder 10 USD pro Person) kann über das Web-Portal http://visitax.gob.mx/ erfolgen. Ausländische Tourist:innen können vor oder während ihres Aufenthalts in Quintana Roo bezahlen. Ein Zahlungsnachweis ist am Flughafen vor Abreise vorzulegen.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Every condominium has one free parking spot assigned. The parking is underground, the height of the car is 2.20 mts otherwise you won't be able to use it. We inform that from April 24th to June 1 st, there are improvement works in the complex and non-slip floors will be installed on the "common areas" (the floors inside the aparments are going to be ok). The total amount that you see in the platform has a discount already. We thank you in advance for your understanding and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
