Check-in/check-out procedure:
Prior arrival Guests will receive the following details:
- property address
- property coordinates
- the contact number of the property host
- security damage deposit link for providing card details
The day prior Guest arrival, property host calls the Guests to check:
- if they have all details on meeting point (property address)
- guests arrival hour (approximate)
After the call, the property host sends the Guest Video Check-in details (WhatsApp or Viber) with details on all important things (like How to use property appliances, Wi-Fi code, AC remote controllers, hot water boilers, etc) or those details will be waiting for the guests in written in the property.
Also, the Host can meet the Guest in front of the property and hand the keys in person.
In that situation, the Host must wear a mask and gloves and have one spare for the Guest and observing the social distancing guidelines (2m apart).
If the Guest has any questions, the Host answers all questions IN FRONT of the property, observing the social distancing guidelines (2m apart)!
The day prior departure, the Guest will contact the Host to confirm departure time from the property.
Check-out and facility inspection are done after the departure of Guests and the Host will contact and report to Guests only in case of damage, no later than 24 hours after their departure.
In case there is damage after a property check, the Host will call Booking department personnel on duty and report the damage to collect the deposit. Full report to the Guests will be sent by e-mail.
The hotel staff:
Have temperatures taken before starting their work.
Wear masks and gloves when in contact with guests.
Observe social distancing guidelines (2m apart).
Regular hand disinfection and hand washing.
Is trained, familiar, and follows the instructions made by the Croatian Institute of Public Health (HZZJ) on how to clean and disinfect whole property and which prescribed cleaning detergents and disinfectants need to use.
Due to COVID-19, the hotel made adjustments to payment conditions for new bookings in 2020:
