  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment is collected at booking confirmation (accommodation fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a short check-in form and our Terms and Conditions, as well as upload a valid photo of an ID. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being canceled. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date.
