One of the worst places I have ever been too. My friend and I booked two different rooms there. The two old men at the reception were absolutely not welcomming at all when we arrived and pretty much very rude. When we asked for a restaurant advice, the only advice the receptionist wanted to give us was the empfy restaurant of the hotel. Who would go to Milan, to go to an empty restaaurant in a middle class hotel. The both rooms looked totally different and had different sizes. The interior in my friends room was really old and shady, my room looked modern, but was as big as a chicken cage. Since my friend booked for a day and I booked for 3 days, I tried to ask to get his room the next day. The guy at the front desk said, that exactly this room had been requested by another guest. I never heart such a bad excuse. The next day I left the hotel, because the room was so ugly and depressing. The only comment those two men had about it was, that I should have booked the suite, if I was complaining? Why book a suite in such a crappy place? On the final bill there was something from the mini bar. I never took anything out of it and explained it, but the two rude men didnt listen. Generally, they didnt try to be polite at all in any way, neither smiled and barely spoke English. I changed my hotel to the savoia the next day, finally some great hotel. When I wanted to check out (I pre-paid 3 days) the man told me, I could only check out before 12. Why can I only check out before 12 if I leave 2 days earlier and already pre paid the room? This is so stupid. If I had staff like this in my company I would fire them right away. So all in all I can absolutely not recommend this hotel, the rooms are small and filthy, the shower products are cheap and the staff is absolutelty rude.
