NACHDEM ich ein Zimmer gebucht habe, wurde mir in der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer keine Fenster hat. Daraufhin schrieb ich eine Email mit der Bitte Fotos des Zimmers zu erhalten. Auf eine Antwort musste ich nicht lange warten. Allerdings waren die mir zugeschickten Bilder nicht zufriedenstellend. Ich schrieb also eine erneute Email mit der Bitte mir genauere Details über ein eventuell vorhandenes Fenster zu geben bzw ein Zimmer zu bekommen, welches ein Fenster besitzt. Nach einer unfreundlichen, kurzen Antwort rief ich im Hotel an. Am Telefon wurde ich daraufhin angeschriehen und gefragt warum es nötig seie 50 Emails zu schreiben, da in der mir gebotenen Preiskategorie nur ein Zimmer ohne Fenster enthalten wäre. Nach diesem äußerst unfreundlichen Telefonat mit 'Francesco' bei dem mir auch nicht wirklich eine Alternative geboten wurde, habe ich das Zimmer storniert. Sehr schade! AFTER I had booked a room, I was told that the room has no windows. I wrote an email with the request of receiving some photos of the room. Not long I had to wait for an answer, though the pictures I had been sent did not show the room properly. After I sent a second email asking for further details or a room with window I received a very short and unfriendly answer. I then called the hotel. On the phone I got shouted at and asked why it had to be necessary to send 50 emails as the room I got offered just does not have any windows and that's it. After this really unfriendly phone call with 'Francesco', in which I also was not really offered a suitable alternative I had to cancel the arrangement. Very unsatisfying!
