Aufgrund des schlechten Service und der fehlenden Sauberkeit kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht positiv bewerten. Am ersten Tag bekam ich ein Zimmer, dass anscheinend noch nie gründlich sauber gemacht wurde. Es befand sich großflächig Dreck in der Spüle, der bereits mehrere Wochen alt war und die Dusche hat aufgrund der Kalkablagerungen nicht funktioniert. Die Kissen waren teilweise braun vor Dreck und die Vorhänge wurden garantiert noch nie gewaschen. Es gab auch kein Tageslicht, da es ein Kellerraum mit kleinem, zugebautem Fenster war. Und das sollte ein "Deluxe-Zimmer" sein… Nach einer Beschwerde gab es dann ein neues Zimmer, welches etwas besser war. Die Dusche klappte dort wegen der Verkalkung allerdings auch nur bedingt. Ich konnte dann beobachten wieso die Zimmer dort alle so dreckig und ungepflegt waren. Bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt dort wurde das Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt. Es gab auch keine frische Handtücher oder neues Toilettenpapier. Nichts von einem Service war zu sehen. Im gesamten Hotelblock habe ich in dieser Zeit auch kein Reinigungspersonal gesehen, also scheinbar ein normaler Zustand. Ich kann verstehen, dass somancher hier direkt wieder ausgecheckt hat. Es gibt auch kein Wifi auf den Zimmern, denn Internet ist ausschliesslich in der Umgebung der Rezeption verfügbar. Das beste an diesem Hotel war wohl das Restaurant. Das Essen und der Service waren nicht schlecht muss ich zugeben. Aber leider war es am Ende doch das schlechteste Hotel das ich je hatte… daher keine Empfehlung von mir. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — Because of the bad service and lack of cleanliness unfortunately I can not positively evaluate this hotel. The pillows were also brown with dirt and the curtains looked like they never washed. There was no daylight, because the room was a basement room with a small window. And that should be a "deluxe room" … Following a complaint there was a new room, which was slightly better. But also the shower worked there because of calcification only conditionally. Then I could observe how the rooms were all so dirty and unkempt. In 7 days of staying there the room was not cleaned once. There were no fresh towels or new toilet paper. Nothing of a service was to be seen. Throughout the hotel I had not seen any cleaning staff, so it was seemingly a normal condition. It was really bad and I can understand, that some other guests checked out after the first minutes of staying. Also there is no Wifi in the rooms, because Internet is just available in the area of ​​reception. The best thing in the hotel is maybe the restaurant, because the service was good and the food was nice. Unfortunatly I must say, that this was the worst Hotel I ever had in my life, so I cant give a good rating.
