Good and bad — gut und slecht : aufgepasst! beware!
english below. Von Ankunft an sieht alles gut aus. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Alles schon gemacht und mit beste Materiale gebaut. ABER: ich hatte Zimmer auf 2. Stock. Zwischen die Zimmer ist absolut NUL schütz gegen Geräusch. Mann kann ohne Übertreiben ein Gespräch horen von Nachbar Zimmer. Toilet von Nachbarn klingt wie Wasserfall in eigene Zimmer. Von der Halle ist jede stimme und Rollkoffer hörbar. Einem Freund von mir war in einem Zimmer gegenüber in der Halle und hatte einem vergleichbare Erfahrung. Alles mit beste Materiale gemacht ABER: Warum nicht einfach einen Vorhang die ganz sliest und licht-dicht ist? Es gab ein Vorfall mit mehrere Zimmer mit Gaste die Eincheckten in Mitte der Nacht. Ich konnte umziehen nach einen anderen Zimmer in Erdgeschoss. Eine herrliche unterschied unten zu sein ohne viele Geräusche und Lärm. Bevor ich eine Bewertung schreiben werde wollte ich einiges erstmal besprechen mit Management / Eigentümer. ABER nein! : Wieder eine überraschende Slechte Erfahrung. Ich fragte um eine Email Adresse aber die Eigentümer-dame wollte unbedingt erstmal wissen warum es genau handelte. Ich sagte mehrere malen das ich die Muhe machen wollte es in einen Mail zu schicken aber nein: ohne einfach Antwort zu geben auf meine Frage wurde ich auf eine Freche Weise durchgestellt zu einem Empfang Mitarbeiter. Meinem Eindruck: das freundliche Gesicht in dieses Haus kommt von die Mitarbeiter aber NICHT von Eigentumer. Kurz gesagt: Gut und Schlecht in dieses Haus. Halte Abstand von Eigentümer und mach alles um nicht oben in höhere Stock zu mussen.
On arrival a good impression: all looks nice and friendly staff. Everything in this hotel is made with the best materials. You see that no money was saved in construction. I had a room on the second floor and NO: EVERY sound travels in between rooms! Without exaggeration you hear every word from any neighbour room. When the other room flushes a toilet it sound like a waterfall into your room. A friend of mine stayed in a room opposite and had minimally the same experience. Every sound, voices, suitcases: it is all too clear audible in the room. It amazes me that no cost is spared but ZERO attention to sound. Why not a curtain that completely covers the windows? Why not blocking out the light? If all is made with great expense why not these simple (and to me important details) dealt with? In the middle of the night an incident took place with several rooms checking in causing lots of noise. I was able to move at 4 AM to a room on the ground floor. WHAT a delight! what a difference. There no noise. Before I placed any review I wanted to let the owner know and to give Management — owner a chance to reflect on my experience. I spoke on the phone with the owner-lady who insisted I tell her what exactly it was about. I made her clear several times that I wanted her email address so I can send it to her. After several attempts to get an email address without an answer to this (simple) question, she transferred me in a rude way to a Front Office person. My impression; the "friendly face" in this establishment is from the employees and NOT from the owner. In short: BEWARE! there is good and bad here. Stay away from the owner and from the higher floors. Try to do all to be on ground floor.
